Afterwards, head down to one of the hotel’s fine dining restaurants and let the expert chefs spoil you with their culinary creativity.

The 32-storey Ritz Carlton, Millenia is designed by architect Kevin Roche, who won the Pritzer Prize. The hotel is decorated with 4200 pieces of contemporary art, including works by Frank Stella, Andy Warhol and Dale Chihuly.

An award-winning architecture, Ritz-Carlton features landscaped gardens with tropical plants, rocks and waterfalls surrounding the beautiful swimming pool.

The luxurious guestrooms are among the largest in the Marina area and are equipped with walk-in closets, storage drawers and multi-line telephone with data line capabilities. There is also a 37-inch LCD television and DVD player in the living or sitting area. Each room or suite features one king-sized bed or twin beds.

The large marble bathrooms come with a separate bath and shower stall.

Summer Pavillion:

Ritz-Carlton’s signature restaurant offers classical Cantonese delicacies and fine aromatic tea selections from the highlands of China.

Enter the restaurant’s moon gate entrance and be led into a refined interior furnished with soft fabrics, leather and gold accents. Surrounding the restaurant is a tranquil garden, which combines with the waterfall to create an elegant backdrop for dining.

Greenhouse:

This all-day dining restaurant showcases international favourites, local flavours and delightful seafood dishes with its buffet or à la carte menu. Sumptuous seafood specialities featured in the buffet are Singapore’s well-known chilli or pepper crabs, scallops, oysters, slipper lobsters and Japanese sushi and sashimi.

The airy and glass panelled interior of the restaurant is also the ideal place to savour the award-winning Vintage Sunday Champagne Brunch. Served between 11:30 and 15:00, the brunch offers you unlimited flow of Moët & Chandon champagne, wines and selected cocktails. Accompanying these are freshly shucked oysters, seafood, roasted dishes, 80 French farmhouse cheese and freshly baked soufflés.

Chihuly Lounge:

Unwind in the lounge named after the famous American glass artist, Dale Chihuly and savour light meals and Bernardaud afternoon tea while admiring Chihuly’s stunning glass sculpture.

By Air:

Taxis are available from Singapore Changi Airport. Travelling via the East Coast Parkway, taxis take about 25 minutes to reach the hotel.
